Complaint narrative, basis of design, mechanical schedule, and commissioning history reviewed.
Physical inspection of central plant, air-handling equipment, and affected zones.
Targeted field measurements and trend-data extraction from the BMS where available.
Measured performance compared against design intent;
root causes isolated.
Findings report with prioritized remediation plan and, where useful, order-of-magnitude corrective cost.
Description of the performance problem.
Affected spaces and operating conditions
Basis of design and mechanical schedule (where available)
Commissioning report and outstanding-issues list
BMS access or trend-data export (where available)
Site access windows and safety requirements
Investigations are delivered as an independent engineering product. Remediation is scoped separately and, where the owner prefers, executed by a third party against our findings.
Reports are written in a defensible format — measured data, methodology, and findings are traceable — but suitability for a specific legal position should be reviewed with the owner's counsel.
Duration depends on system complexity and site access; typical engagements are scoped in the initial call and confirmed in the proposal.
Share the affected systems, complaint history, operating conditions, design intent and any previous TAB or commissioning results. Useful inputs include equipment schedules, control sequences, BMS trends and the times or locations where performance differs from expectations.
Email your investigation brief or upload drawings and performance records. The scope can then focus on targeted measurements, possible causes and practical corrective actions.
